Learn what are the optimum skin temperatures for skin tightening and cellulite treatment with radiofrequency

Deep-acting, high-power radiofrequency is the strongest technology available for cellulite reduction and skin tightening known today, especially when combined with high-power ultrasound cavitation.

Deep tissue RF is far more effective and far safer than HIFU or RF microneedling, especially if provided by a well-trained therapist.

Radiofrequency is based on deep heating different skin tissue layers, depending on the therapeutic outcome you are trying to achieve. As we cannot measure temperature inside our clients skin, we assess the intensity of RF treatment by measuring skin surface temperature.

However, a superficial temperature of e.g. 38°C can denote anything between 34°C to 42°C in different tissues, depending on:

  • machine used

  • settings applied

  • individual skin anatomy

  • treatment skin products used during treatment

How to optimise skin temperature for a safe and effective cellulite / skin tightening treatment

For an effective treatment, it is important to know:

  • Which skin temperatures are safe and effective for which end-goal and which are not

  • Which tissues we want to treat for a specific end-goal: deep skin tightening, superficial skin tightening, deep cellulite reduction, superficial cellulite reduction, subcutaneous fat reduction or epidermal rejuvenation

  • How deeply the relevant tissues are located (there is so much of misinformation on this)

  • Which tissues we want to avoid heating (very important too)

  • What RF equipment, RF settings (and even RF treatment skin products) we need to use, in order to focus on a specific tissue for a specific treatment goal

The last 12+ years I have done extensive research, combined with practical application over thousands of sessions and can now specifically pinpoint surface skin temperatures with deeper tissues, machines, body types and skin products.

You can get instant access to this expertise and save yourself literally thousands of $$$/£££ of expensive mistakes, as well as thousands of hours of study, research and practical application by attending one of my professional consultancy / training courses.
