Given that the price for an one-hour RF/ultrasound session is about £200-£500 in central London, most European capital centres and most towns and cities in the US (treatments are much more expensive in the US than in Europe), you can recoup your investment with just a few hours of providing high quality RF/cavitation sessions to your clients.
Compared to the cost of quality equipment (£45,000-£90,000 in the UK and similar prices in other countries), the cost of the investment in your skills and making the most out of your equipment is minimal (1-10% of the cost of equipment, depending on the equipment and course chosen).
Payment is in advance of your training, via debit card, credit card or Amex. All card payments are processed by Stripe or Square, our secure payment processing providers.
A 3-day to 14-day 50% cancellation policy applies, depending on consultancy/training duration.
(We chose teaching in 3-hour blocks because the training is very concentrated and intensive and anything more than 3hours per block and 6 hours per day means less learning, focus and productivity.)
Who is this service open to?
As long as you have a qualification that allows you to provide beauty, aesthetic, nursing, dentistry or medical treatments, you can have this consultancy/training.
(Please note that this service is for your own information/education, as a professional/businessperson. We do not currently provide accredited training, although accreditation is planned to follow at a later stage.)
Typically your equipment distributor will provide their basic practical training and certificate valid for your country, which will allow you to provide treatment with that specific equipment and obtain insurance in your country.
So our service is advanced training on top of your main beauty, medical or other qualification and your (usually pretty basic) equipment training.
If you have absolutely no relevant qualification, you must first achieve a basic qualification (beauty therapy as minimum) to be able to treat clients, before you attend our advanced training.
If you are a clinic owner/manager with no qualifications in medicine, dentistry, nursing, aesthetics or beauty therapy, you can still receive this consultancy/training, for your deep knowledge of the subject, which will help you manage and run your business better and make informed choices about different treatments and different equipment.
The path to getting trained and providing treatments
The typical path is:
Base qualification: Your beauty, aesthetics, nursing, dentistry or medical qualification. Provides general knowledge of anatomy, physiology, safety etc, relevant to aesthetic treatments. At this level most insurance providers will not cover you for the practise of radiofrequency, cavitation or phototherapy.
Certificate of training for the specific machine: Provided by the manufacturer of your machine, it provides specific knowledge on how to use that specific machine. At this level you insurers cover you and you can practise RF, cavitation and phototherapy, but at a pretty basic level.
Advanced training on cellulite, skin tightening, radiofrequency, phototherapy, ultrasound cavitation that you cannot find anywhere else. With this training you can offer the best possible treatment and safety to your clients.
I already use RF / cavitation / phototherapy equipment, can you help me make the most of it?
Absolutely.
However, your equipment must be bought from a reputable manufacturer and you must service it at least yearly.
For safety reasons, we do not consult on cheap/counterfeit chinese equipment bought from Alibaba and similar marketplaces, as such equipment often comes with fake specifications and is of questionable safety.
In this case we can still offer you all the theoretical background on radiofrequency, ultrasound, cellulite and skin tightening but we cannot make any comment about to apply this knowledge on such specific equipment.
Furthermore, we can also help you choose the right safe, effective, quality equipment for your needs.
I live in the United States (or outside the UK, in general), can I attend your consultancy / training?
Absolutely. You can attend either via Zoom or at our clinic in London and there are several hotels in the area (anything form 3-star to 5-star) for you to stay during your training.
As mentioned above, you will get your basic training and certificate from your equipment distributor, which will allow you to practise in your country, in conjunction with your beauty/aesthetic/nursing/medical/dental qualification.
