If your cellulite treatment is a clay body wrap, lymphatic massage, mechanical massage with vacuum suction or anything similarly short-lasting based on temporary water retention reduction, then yes: have the last session just 1-2 days before your holidays and hopefully that will last you up to one week into your holidays.
However, if you are having a proper cellulite / skin tightening treatment that aims for long-term results, such as deep-acting, high-power radiofrequency or high-power ultrasound cavitation, the best thing to do is finish your sessions about one month weeks before your holidays.
This is because long-lasting treatments need some time to show results. Your body does not build new collagen or reduce fat cell population / fat cell volume in a day or two or with 1-2 treatments.
For long-term adipocyte number reduction, adipocyte volume reduction and collagen/elastin synthesis, you need repeated, frequent stimulation, e.g. 6-12 weekly treatments.
And you also need time for those effects to occur, which is about 1 month for 80% of results to appear and 3 months for full results.

The only scenario whereby your cellulite will deteriorate between the end of your treatments (ideally one month before holidays or earlier) and your holiday itself, is if you overeat or drink too much. This is because if you live an unhealthy lifestyle you can easily refill your fat cells by up to 3,000 times their original size.

So, to maintain the results after your course of treatments and during/after your holiday and beyond, just follow a wholesome regime based on healthy nutrition and daily physical activity / exercise.

Luckily, the results of a skin tightening treatment will last much longer, even if you are not that careful with dieting / physical activity, as it is not about fat cells filling quickly with excess calories, but about losing collagen tissue.
And you can only lose collagen tissue if you become severely inactive (e.g. a knee injury or sinking in the couch watching Netflix with not much physical activity for weeks on end or anything similarly inactive) or if you follow a severe, 500-calorie crash diet or similar.
This is because your connective tissue needs both mechanical stimulation (movement) and protein to maintain itself.
So if you keep fairly active and do not follow a starvation diet, you will maintain your skin firming gains for months and years on come - and definitely between the end of your treatments and your holiday.
